It's extremely sturdy and comfortable.
It is extremely comfortable because each step can be adjusted individually, and the headset angle can also be adjusted to various positions.
When fully reclined with the leg rest extended, it's comfortable enough to rest on for a while.

It a great chair with a lot of adjustment possible that make it that much comfortable. It didn't get that 5 stars only because of the head/neck part which I wish it could also move forward and backward. Right now the headrest is only possible for tilt and up/down but not possible for forward/back.
Otherwise it is very very good chair

Excellent comfortable seat.
I am a senior age music producer and composer. I have spent a lifetime sitting at a mixing desk/keyboard/computer screen. This is the best chair I have ever used.

Very comfortable and adjustable
Awesome chair. Only very minor issue is that the whole chair tilts back rather than just the back

Honest review
For the price range, I think this chair offers exceptional value. While more expensive options, like the Herman Miller Aeron, might have a slight edge in some areas, I don’t see the justification for paying 4x the price.Pros:
- Highly customizable: You can really mold this chair to fit your back and sitting style perfectly.
- Excellent lumbar support: The lumbar support is fantastic. It really helps with lower back comfort during long hours of sitting.
- Comfort: This chair is incredibly comfortable for extended periods. The mesh feels great—betting cushion's you’d find on gaming chairs—and it’s also very breathable.
- Also i cant believe i'm saying this but. . the scooter wheels (aka. Xblade Wheel Upgrade) is a huge win. Been great on the carpet. Not to noticeable when on hard plastic however.Cons:
- Lack of a locking mechanism: I wish there was an option to lock the chair in a specific position and still be able to rock.Overall, I find this chair delivers great comfort and adjustability for its price. While it may not reach the level of ultra-premium models, it comes remarkably close at a fraction of the cost, making it one of the best chairs I’ve owned.

Best Chair EVER
I'm very particular with my chairs, and IT person who spends 12+ hours in the chair a day. This is one of the most comfiest chairs I've ever used. I don't regret my purchase and am now a huge fan o the Ergohuman company :)

Incredibly adaptable, but with some minor caveats
This is certainly one of the most flexible chairs I've ever used, as far as ergonomic adaptability goes. Everything from the arms to the upper and lower back portions, to the headrest can be adjusted. The whole thing is majorly built from sturdy metal, and is highly modular so I have no doubt this can probably last a lifetime, and/or have individual parts be replaced as needed. That being said, there are some minor annoyances I have encountered. In the absolute upmost incline of the backrest, the chair has a small amount of tilt that can't be locked into place, and so if you shuffle forwards or backwards a little, it's like it tries but fails to follow your body and is otherwise a bit annoying. The footrest addition is a nice touch, however it doesn't lock completely horizontally, and so always has a slight decline, and the lock on it has a lot of slack, so again at its most incline it kind of bounces around instead of snapping into place and not moving. The headrest being able to shift up or down, and tilt up or down is great, but I would really like if it could also move forwards or backwards to ensure it can always support heads of all shapes and sizes. The armrest swaying unfortunately does not lock, so after the first few weeks of ownership it becomes very likely to accidentally get knocked by yourself and you have to keep angling it back into place. One final thing to keep in mind is, since it's all metal, it's very easy to stub your toe during building (worked that out the hard way). The online bonus castors are quite nice, however since they aren't as wide as traditional plastic coasters (and the chair is heavy), they will dig in to soft surfaces. You WILL need a carpet protector or other hard surface covering if your floor is carpeted like mine, as otherwise the chair will leave depressions in your carpet and not wheel around easily. That's an easy fix of course, and not one that is necessarily the fault of the manufacturer, just something which is more obvious with heavier built chairs. All in all, it's a very comfortable, adaptable chair that I think will last an incredibly long time, and these other points are only minor gripes I included for the sake of transparency - but gripes that I think would otherwise be easy to address from a design perspective.
