Ergohuman 2 Luxury Leather Black with Legrest

Ordered 2 chairs. They seem great so far.One grumble. The delivery driver left them in my driveway on a wooden forklift pallet.I cut up and recycled the cardboard boxes the chairs came in, but it seems unreasonable that I need to figure out how to dispose of a wooden pallet.Contacted customer service, but they said it was my problem to deal with.Recently I purchased a fridge, a chest freezer, and a washing machine. All similar sized items, similar price points, with fragile freighting requirements. None of which required me to dispose of a forklift pallet at my own expense.
